Amber Boles is one of the founding partners of The Law Office of Amber Boles. Amber Boles is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator.  She takes great pride in assisting people in resolving their family law matters through alternative dispute resolution.  Additionally, Amber practices law exclusively in the areas of Marital and Family law.  She believes in representing her clients with integrity and passion. She has a reputation for representing her clients with the same dedication and devotion as she would for her own family member. With this in mind, she invests herself into her cases and aggressively seeks reasonable remedies to resolve them in the timeliest fashion possible. Amber prides herself on communicating well with her clients, and keeping them abreast of their case status.

Amber was elected by her peers to serve on the Executive Council for the Family Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association.  In 2015/2016 Amber served as the Secretary for the Section, and for the 2017/2018 term she serves as the President of the Section.  Amber is also actively involved in the Stann Givens Family Law Inn of Court.

Paul Phipps, Esq.

Paul is a partner of The Law Office of Amber Boles and practices in the areas of Marital/Family Law, Misdemeanor Criminal Law, and DUI Defense.  Paul also serves as Guardian Ad Litem in Marital/Family Law cases.

Paul served as a Military Policeman in the United States Army, where he performed security and law enforcement duties at U.S. Army Bases located in California and in Germany.  Paul also served in Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and Desert Spear.

After being honorably discharged from the United States Army, Paul spent 18 years in the employ of JPMorgan Chase in a variety of roles, concluding his work with the firm in his final role of Vice President and Assistant General Counsel.  For the past several years Paul has focused his private practice on representing and assisting individuals with resolving family law and misdemeanor criminal law matters, and performing as a Guardian Ad Litem.
