Mediation Rates | The Law Office of Amber Boles, PA

The mediation rate is billed at $375.00/hour.

There is a two (2) hour minimum cost for all mediations ($750.00).

Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Venmo.

Full payment from the parties is due upon the conclusion of the mediation.

Attorney Amber Boles is available for both Full Day and Half Day mediations. The total cost of your mediation will depend on the length of your mediation session and the time to draft your agreement.

For full day mediations with attorneys in attendance, Attorney Amber Boles is able to travel throughout the Tampa Bay area (Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando).

Please Note:
The booking time for the morning is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The booking time for the afternoon is from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The booking time for a full day is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

self represented parties

Self Represented parties must pay the minimum fee of $750.00 at least seven (7) days prior to the mediation date.
Any cancellations must be made within forty-eight (48) hour of the mediation date to receive a refund of any fees pre-paid.
In the event, the date is rescheduled the fee will be applied to the new mediation date.
